Shipping

Where we ship

United States and Canada. Canadian orders may owe duties or import taxes on delivery — those are set by your border, not by us, and they're yours to pay.

When it leaves

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Everything ships tracked; the tracking number lands in your email when the label is printed.

What it costs

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. One-of-one stock means most orders are a single garment in a compact mailer.

Local & in-person

We're in Warren, Michigan, and at festival and garden-market booths through the season. If you'd rather pick something up at a booth, message us on Instagram @dustanddyeco before ordering and we'll sort it out.

If something goes wrong in transit

If tracking stalls or a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll take it up with the carrier and make it right. Please keep the packaging for damaged-arrival claims.

Returned items follow the returns policy.
